A New Chapter for Olive Chapel Kids Ministry Begins
We are thrilled to announce that AJ Jackson is joining the Olive Chapel team as our new Children’s Pastor—and we couldn’t be more excited for what this means for the families of New Carlisle and the future of our church.
AJ brings a remarkable combination of calling, experience, passion, and Spirit-led vision for reaching the next generation. From an early age, God placed a unique and unmistakable calling on his life—one that has shaped his journey every step of the way.
Called at 11. Growing ever since.
AJ felt called into children’s ministry at just 11 years old. This wasn’t just a childhood dream—it was the beginning of a lifelong commitment to helping kids know Jesus, grow in their faith, and experience the power of the Holy Spirit.
Growing up with a father who served as a Children’s Pastor for his entire life, AJ lived and breathed ministry. He learned the ins and outs of children’s ministry not from a classroom, but from years of hands-on experience—watching, serving, and growing inside the church.
It shaped him deeply.
It prepared him uniquely.
And it ignited a passion that still burns strong today.

His ministry experience spans kids camps, church events, and a variety of next-generation ministry settings. Everywhere he serves, AJ brings joy, energy, biblical truth, and a Spirit-filled heart that kids respond to.

AJ’s ministry philosophy is simple and powerful:

Currently Preparing for Ministry at Northpoint College
AJ is a sophomore at Northpoint College, where he is actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Ministerial Leadership. His academic training, combined with years of hands-on ministry experience, further equips him to lead Olive Chapel Kids with excellence, creativity, and purpose.
